PLEASE ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS

Hi There, I know this is odd but but I need a little help and was hoping a few few of you can help us out.....

My daughter is doing a science project and needs 100 people (we need 50 more) who have quit smoking at 1 point in their life- even if you started back up again you can participate. Thanks in Advance for your time! We very much appreciate it! Happy New Year!!!!

Did you smoke during your treatment at all?
(while using above methods did you smoke too?

How long have you been smoke free?

Did you go back to smoking before you permanently quit and if so how many times. Or have you started up again and waiting to quit.
